Born in Joplin and an ’82 grad from Webb City, I have over 30 years of experience in leadership and management. I retired as a Navy Commander after 22 years of service, 13 of those years I spent flying as an F-14 Tomcat Radar Intercept Officer. The U.S. Navy took me all over the world! I graduated from George Mason University with an MBA in Fairfax, Virginia. Some of my favorite TV/Film/Theatre gigs in Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, Maryland. were on the sets of “House of Cards” and “VEEP”. Most recently in Joplin, I’ve been a radio station News Director and DJ and a Player Development Manager/Casino Host, now back to radio with AMI Radio Group as the Magic Mix 92.9 Program Director and DJ, and as our Ag News Director.
